Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and have all original tags still attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and include your order dispatch note or proof of purchase inside the parcel.

  Submit Your Return

  Visit our on-campus store at the Students’ Union for an instant return, or use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for postal returns.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
